Fasting czyli post to sztuka walki z najtrudniejszym przeciwnikiem
Fasting as an Art
The person sees fasting not just as "not eating," but as a thoughtful practice - like a skill you develop. Just like an artist chooses colors carefully, they choose what to eat and when to eat it carefully.
Example: Instead of randomly skipping meals, they plan it purposefully - like deciding "I'll eat my meals between 12pm and 6pm" rather than just forgetting to eat breakfast by accident.
21-Day Water Fast
This means they drank only water (no food) for 21 days straight. This is an extreme form of fasting.
Example: Imagine drinking only water for three weeks - no breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Just water, tea, or black coffee. It's very challenging and should only be done with medical supervision.
One Week Recovery
After such a long fast, you can't immediately eat normally. Your body needs time to adjust back to regular food.
Example: Like when you wake up and your eyes need time to adjust to bright light - your digestive system needs gentle foods first (like broths, fruits) before returning to regular meals.
Intermittent Fasting (IF)
Now they follow a daily eating pattern where they fast for 16-18 hours and eat during the remaining 6-8 hours.
Example: If they stop eating at 7pm, they don't eat again until 11am-1pm the next day. So they skip breakfast, fast through the morning, then eat lunch and dinner. The nighttime sleep counts toward the fasting hours, making it easier.
The main idea: They're using fasting as a health tool by controlling when they eat, not just what they eat.
